Lindsey loves Ms. Smith but does not
understand anything that she is saying.
Lindsey is scared to ask for help in class. She
doesn’t want others to judge her or laugh at

PRACTICE! did not get it! Last class, after Ms. Smith
finished the lesson, she asked the class to
solve some problems by themselves, but
Lindsey had no idea how to solve them! She
ended up not doing any work and getting a 0.
