 Initial days, it was very hard to cope up with these stuff
 Later, I was addicted to these stuff and did great job by seeing outcomes
 I lose nearly 40 kgs in 7 months

 Decide a side(loss or gain)
 Check your BMR( Body Metabolic Rate)
 See your convenient diet
 Stick to one diet for 21 to 90 days and don’t give up
 Eat wisely and correct amount for day
 Check your weight on a regular basis
