CASE-2
A 50 years old man presents at out patient care unit suffering from gross
haematuria, pain and burning during urination, since 4 weeks. He had history of
3 time passed stone since 2 years ago, and there were leucocyturia,
erythrocyturia, and bacteriuria on urinalysis.
