individual contributors

Hypothesis
- Null - There is no difference between managers and individual contributor
employee satisfaction
- Alternative - There is a difference between managers and individual
contributor employee satisfaction

○ Total - 50.34
○ Managers - 59.24
○ Individual Contributors - 42.39

Statistical tests used:
- Non-directional (two-tailed), independent samples t-test
- Alpha value = 0.05
Results & Discussion

t= 1.84
P-value = 0.078
***We failed to reject the null hypothesis
Results & Discussion

***Given the results, we can conclude that there is NO difference in employee


satisfaction
- The results did not show a statistically significant difference in satisfaction
levels
- However, we cannot guarantee that this result is inferable to the population

Recommendation - The organization should continue with their current employee


satisfaction methods
