WHAT IS GOOGLE SPREADSHEET?

• Google spreadsheet is a part or application of google docs, basically google sheet is an


online spreadsheet app which allows to create and format spreadsheet online with
other people.
• Google Sheets is a spreadsheet program included as part of the free, web-based
Google Docs Editors suite offered by Google.

• Collaboration. The most immediate benefit from using Sheets is in the ability to collaborate in
completely new ways.
• Working at Scale.
• Creating Charts and Linking to Google Slides.
• Version Control.
• Linking Between Sheets in Different Files.
• Working with Plugins.
• Connecting to External Data Sources.
DISADVANTAGES OF GOOGLE SHEETS

• Spreadsheets are not user-friendly.


• Spreadsheets are not secure.
• It's hard to tell who edited the spreadsheet.
• There will be multiple versions of the truth.
• Spreadsheets are prone to errors.
• Reporting is painful.
• Visualizing data is difficult.
CONCLUSION

• As any software or app have two aspect one is good and bad, but this sheets are free and easily
available and accessible from anywhere of the place. But has some limitations and restriction in
accounting or bookkeeping. So overall it is good sheets that can be used for most of the work in
our day today life
