Legal Aspect which is intended to ensure whether a business plan can be declared legally feasible or not. if
the improper business plan is still realized, the business will run a great risk, especially being dismissed by
the authorities or protested by the public.

Every company that conducts trading business is required to have a Trading Business License (SIUP).
Based on Article 4 paragraph (1) letter c of the Regulation of the Minister of Trade (PERMENDAG)
46/2009, there are exceptions to the obligation to have a Trading Business License (SIUP) for Micro
Trading companies with the following criteria:
a). Sole proprietorship or partnership.
b). Business activities are managed, run or managed by the owner or the closest family member.
c). Have a net worth of at most Rp. 50,000,000,- excluding land and buildings.

However, NangkriNgopiYuk does not yet have a business entity, be it UD, Fa, CV or PT. Then, for the
coming years, NankriNgopiYuk will take care of licensing for PT. so this business entity does not require a
lot of money to manage. legal aspects are needed, considering that later it is hoped that NangkrNgopiYuk
will develop a business and require the assistance of financial institutions which usually demand the
existence of a legal entity for business.
