Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to thank you for the email. I am obliged to give my personal opinion about Krave Café. Firstly, I would like to state that you should improve on the customer service
section. I order a glass of orange juice and a bowl of curry noodles for lunch from one of your waitresses. I had to wait for about an hour to receive my order. That is also after
checking on the order for about 3 times with the waitress. I was totally disappointed with the slow service. As a result, I was late for work and received a warning letter from my
manager.
On the bright side, what I like most about your café is that the staffs are overall friendly. They will have a chat with the customers and ask whether the customer are enjoying the
food that is been served to them. One of your staffs offered me some mints when she came and gave the bill for my meal. I was feeling delighted to received such gesture. That
really made my day.
I notice you have a new patio. It was beautiful. A good space to have for customers to have options whether to sit inside the cafe or outside at the patio. But sad to say, I didn’t get
to enjoy the atmosphere at the patio as it was raining on that day.
I hope you find these suggestions helpful for you to make some improvements on your café.
