Saving Little Buddy

One day, Elizabeth was
out for a walk with her
good friend John. They
were taking Elizabeth’s dog
for a walk. His name is
Buddy.
Elizabeth and John
decided to stop at the
park to play on the
seesaw. They let
Buddy run freely.
Suddenly, Elizabeth
and John noticed
that they couldn’t find
Buddy anymore. They
became very worried.
Elizabeth and John decided to go on a
search for Buddy. Then, they saw him
on the other side of the park. Together,
they ran across the field to him.
Buddy made a quick turn
and Elizabeth was unable to
catch him. She fell and hurt
her knee, but her nice friend
John went after Buddy. John
almost had him!
John was able to catch
Buddy and safely bring
him back to Elizabeth.
Her knee would be okay
and together they all
walked home.
