INTRODUCTION
 The name of the project is Online Complain Management System.
 Complain Management system is a software application which automatically
performs the function of shop/ecommerce/hospital complain such as maintaining
the records related to customer.
 The database follows a typically event flow seen in such a system.The database
mainly is from an administrator’s perspective
 The main stakeholders of this system are:
 1.User login.
 2. Engineer login
 3. Admin login
 4.Result.
