and make a team for Belnoir, a new company
where he joined recently.

▰ When he met his ex-colleague Arun Kamat, he


suggests rather apprise to hire HR person first
and everything will fall in place.

▰ But in Vaid’s mind set from his past experiences


he already limited the HR role to increments, job
rotation, payrolls.
