 Location : Highland Towers, Taman Hillview, Ulu Klang, Selangor,

Malaysia
 Block 1 collapsed after 10 days of continuous rain leading to
landslides after the retaining wall behind the Tower car park failed.
 The towers are home to affluent middle-class families.
 1980s & early 1990s: popular place for wealthy people to protect their
mistresses.
 WHY IT’S MYSTERIOUS?
 Block 1 crumbled down to mother Earth on 11th
December 1993 taking it 48 victims on that fateful
day.
 Since then, the Highland Towers have become a very
haunted place.
 Story :

a) A taxi driver
He a woman passenger at the middle of the night being
asked to drop her at the place. She left a bag and taxi
driver found it to be full of blood!
b) Weird dogs chasing cars
c) Youngsters being possessed
WHY IT’S MYSTERIOUS?

d) Voices of the dead can be heard at night

e) Ghost figures are said to have appeared at the scene

f) Rescuers

They heard knocking and voices right up to the seventh day

after the collapse.

g) White-robed man pushed the Highland Towers.

 BRIEF STORY
In 1991, the new development located behind the Highland Tower is believed as major cause for the collapsed of Highland
Towers. Due to the clearing of trees and ground cover, causing the land become muddy soil.

For two weeks, the heavy rain fell continuously until causing major landslide.

The major landslide causing a massive tragedy to Malaysia during that time which was the collapsed of Highland
Tower.

A lot of people that lose of their beloved one affected by this tragedy either mentally or emotionally.

After the tragedy, many mystical stories have been taken place in Highland Towers.
