Introduction
For a successful functioning and management of an
institution or company to be at a higher peak needs a
credible and experienced Human Resource Manager to
man the affairs of the Company, Organization or
institution. The main aim of this project is to develop a
Human Resource Management System that will capture
and manage the affairs of the HR Manager of the above
named institution.
Statement and Objective
So many institutions or companies have gone to loss due to the
fact that they lack the technical knowhow of managing the
information relating to Human Resource and equipped systems
to firmly man the information of the company or institution. The
Human Resource Management System provides the information
regarding the employees in the institution.

This system will be developed to facilitate good interaction or


communication facilities between the employees and the
Human Resource Administration. The system has to provide a
platform for the entering of the personal details of the
employees for clear identification of any employee of staff in
the institution.
Methodology.
In making this project a success, some programming languages
and tools are used to build the system as planned. The
technology to be involved include: C#, Visual Studio, and
MySQL in order to reach the required goal. The C# and Visual
Studio will be used for the Frontend development, and the
MySQL for the Backend(Database).
Results.
After going through the project development by using the
technologies, tools and effort needed in carrying out the
project, the standalone Human Resource Management
System will be finally used to combat the problems faced by
Human Resource Managers in managing their information.
Conclusion.
Conclusively, when the system is being
designed/developed, Human Resource Managers will
find it easier and user friendly to be used in manning the
affairs they face by transforming their information into an
electronic system called Human Resource Management
System.
