Guidelines: How to chat with Gargi

1.How to login to portal:

Step 1: Enter the URL https://idams.bits-pilani.ac.in/ as shown below and login to iDAMS portal
2. GARGI Support symbol

• While accessing lab you will find icon marked below – it is GARGI support
3. Select Course
Click on Gargi support icon
• Once you click on Gargi support icon it will show you courses in which you are enrolled.
• Select the course for which you are accessing lab

4. After selection of course
• Once you select the course, you can ask questions to Gargi for which you want help
• If answer is available with them bot will automatically answer
5.Non availability of answer
If answer is not available with Gargi, it will ask to click on the link please click

6. Redirect to Manual Chat
Once you click on that link other webpage will open and it will ask your BITS ID, please fill correct BITS ID
7. Manual Gargi is available to help
Now you can chat with Gargi for any issue
8. Guidelines to chat with Gargi
