LUCID DREAMING

By Gilbert
WHAT IS LUCID DREAMING?

Is a state where dreamers are aware that they are dreaming

while still asleep, they may control their own dream like the
characters and actions.
HOW DOES A PERSON EXPERIENCE
LUCID DREAM?

Lucid dreams usually occur due to the rapid eye movement, faster
in breathing, and more brain activity (extremely active). This state
called REM sleep.
WAKE BACK TO BED TECHNIQUE

1. Sleep early, and wake up early. So you will have 4 to 5 hours sleep.
2. When you are awake, you are in the REM stage of sleep.
3. You will walk around for like 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Sleep again.
5. Wake up in the lucid dream.
IS LUCID DREAMING
HARMFUL?
Although lucid dreaming is generally considered safe, there are some risks
for people who suffer from mental illnesses, sleep issues, and getting enough
sleep can be a difficult thing because lucid dreaming techniques purposefully
interrupt sleep.
