Instructional Supervision
-is the work of ensuring the
implementation of the educational
mission of a school by overseeing,
equipping, and empowering teachers
to provide meaningful learning
experiences for students.
The principal's role in instructional leadership has
traditionally been thought of as communicating high
expectations for teachers and students, supervising
instruction, monitoring assessment and student
progress, coordinating the school's curriculum,
promoting a climate for learning and creating a
supportive work.

School culture is an important influence to the
success of student achievement
And motivation of staff. Gruenert(2000) stated
“ a preliminary step to shaping
school culture is for leaders. Be they principals
or a leadership team, to become familiar with
the concept of
school culture”
