THE PROBLEMS

THE URBAN AND REGIONAL PROBLEM IN INDONESIA ( MOST IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES)


THE DISPARITIES IN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT, THE TENDENCY OF CONCENTRED
URBANIZATION, THE LACK RESOURCES OF LOCAL RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE POVERTY IN
URBAN AND RURAL AREA.

THE POLARIZED DEVELOPMENT AND THE DEVELOPMENT FROM ABOVE ARE ALWAYS THE
NATURAL ACTION OF LAIZES FAIRES ECONOMIC OF POLITICAL DEMOCRATIC,
BUT THE POLITICAL DEMOCRATIC CAN ALSO DECIDE TO EMPOWER AND PUSH THE
BELOW UP, TO EMBALANCE THE TOP DOWN.

 strengthening the network from rural area up to the urban area, and from
the small towns up to the metropolitan cities
 promoting the local-resources-based development that is combined with the
outside resources
 promoting the rural area development that is supported by proper
infrastructure and urban centers
 promoting the agriculture development that is supported by non-agriculture
activities in rural area: such as tourism, small scale, house hold industries,
commerce, and transportation
 Promoting the urban development as an interface of the whole regional
development from agropolitan to metropolitan.
 Regionalization as a process of a self commitment cooperation
between local authorities within the cluster region

3 regencies( Kendal 887.286 ; Demak 996.384 ; Semarang Reg
