1. Trait model(trait motional self-efficacy):-

 Individuals self-realization of their own emotional abilities
 People's perception of their own emotional abilities
 Concerns emotion-related self perception measure via self report
 Comes under lower level of personality hierarchy

2. Ability model(cognitive-emotional ability):-

 Concerns emotion-related cognitive abilities
 Ought to be measured via maximum-performance test.
 Ability to perceive and express emotion
 Assimilate emotion in thought
 Understand and reason with emotion and regulate emotion in the self and
others.
