Affective Domain
The taxonomy is ordered according to the
principle of internalization.
Affective Domain
Internalization refers to the process whereby a person’s
affect toward an object passes from a general awareness
level to a point where the affect is internalized and
consistently guides or controls the person’s behavior.
Affective Domain
- Describes the way we deal
with things emotionally.
- Includes the feelings, beliefs,
emotions, values, appreciation,

enthusiasms, motivations
and attitudes.
The student shows willingness to attend
to particular classroom stimuli or
phenomenon in the environment.
The student is required active
participation based on the stimuli.
The student displays definite involvement
or commitment toward some experience.
The student has integrated a new value
into his general set of values and can give
it its proper place in a priority system.
The student acts consistently
according to the value and is firmly
committed to the experience.
