 Miss Irnawati was a patient in the RSDP. By 07 November
2019,it was obvious that she was suffering from anemic.
She felt dizziness, dizzing that fells like being grabbed.
Dizzy arised when she did activities and dizziness
decreases when sleeping. Feeling dizzy since 3 days
before hospitalization.

 The nursing staff were giving advised to Miss Irnawati by

blood transfusions, corticosteroid or other drugs that
suppress the immune system, administering
erythropotein drugs aimed at multiplying blood cells in
the body, talking iron supplements, vitamin B12, folic
acid and minerals.

 After a while the nurses were examining
by checked she blood pressure and the
results showed that his blood pressure
was low. On 08 November the nursing
staff were blood transfusion to Miss
Irnawati and advised for adequate rest.
 The next day the patient was
complaining of dizzy, weak, tired and felt
she lips dry.

 2 days later after treatment, the patient

condition improved with the result
criteria namely decreased lethargy,
decreased dizziness, decreased
sorethroat, decreased anxiety, improved
appetite, improved rest patterns.
