women’s related crime.

The “Problem Statement”.

India has an atrocious track record in all sorts of sexual exploitation, ranking
among the worst countries in terms of crime. On the house, on the street, in
public transportation, and even in the workplace. Indian women are always on
high alert, as if they are living in a terrorist-infested nation. Rapes of toddlers,
gang rapes of eight-year-olds, and women trafficking have all been reported.
Women and girls are frequently harassed and molestated in public places,
particularly in metropolitan locations such as Pune. A large number of women
work night shifts. The majority of the crimes that have occurred in recent years
have occurred at night. Women feel unsafe as a result of this. The main aim of
the project is to provide highly reliable security system for the safety of
women.

Objective

◦ To introduce a device which will be able to help

against crimes.
◦ To make a IoT-based portable device which is able
to send user instances location to nearby helping
facilities if he/she is in danger.
◦ To provide Security when the women is in danger it
can be intimated immediately to the control rooms.

The Emergency 'SOS' message will be
generated, and location co-ordinates link of
Google maps will be sent to listed contacts using
GSM+GPS module.

Along with that using crime dataset
available on PMC's official website, the
system will predict the level of threat and
forward the details to respective police
stations and helpline panels.

Conclusion

More or else the proposed system will eventually have a huge impact on
the working women sector along with the student community. It will be
providing a psychological aid , consideration and will have proper safety
measures. It will also be very easy for the police officers to track the site
of danger or the place where the women would have been stuck or
unsafe with the help of location co-ordinates link that will be generated.
Women's safety is major concern, and this system would eventually help
in providing safety measures and a secure environment for women to be
in.
