You need to know:


A brief history of the company; Products dealt with by the company; Services given by the company; The different branches; Staff enrolment; Name of the Director and the VIPs of the company; Any other information about the company e.g. working hours, nature of job, salary, terms of service; Any recent news about the company; The companys future plans and prospects.

EMPLOYERS LOOK FOR SOMEONE WHO


Will quickly fit in the company Will promote the company Will stay on and grow with the company Has effective communication skills Will be a benefit to the company Has leadership qualities and initiative Has a positive attitude Is willing to work hard Is willing to take challenges Has a good academic background Has relevant experience where needed
