• The purpose of the research was to examine
the importance of worship in a local church.
• A survey of eleven (11) members of the
worship team were done to examine the true
purpose of the worship ministry and ways to
improve it.

 RECOMMENDATIONS
• Firstly, it is critical that worship education be emphasised in the
churches to indicate how invaluable worship is, and not just for the
worship team but for every member in the church.

• Secondly, leaders in the church must play a role in allowing worship to

follow a free flow of the God’s Holy Spirit. It must be taught that
worship becomes more meaningful when it is natural and organic.

• Thirdly, everyone in the church should be given a chance to actively

participate in worship even if it requires shifting and rotating members
every year to ensure both younger and older church members equally
contribute fully to the development of the Ministry.
