2.SYMPTOMATIC-
• SHOWS SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS SUCH AS
COUGH , COLDS, FEVER, LOSS OF TASTE,
DIARRHEA

1. Self checking of TEMPERATURE
before leaving the house

2.1.If temperature in 37.5 above, no need to

go to school, tell your parents/guardian to
let you stay home and conduct HOME
QUARANTINE.

3. Students will be given home activities while being

quarantined. Teachers will continue to monitor the
health status of sick students at home.

4. In going to school, please bring extra facemask
and alcohol. Parents should also provide hygiene kit
to their children. Hygiene kit includes, soap, clean
towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitizers, sanitary
napkins for female students, and medicines
students need to take daily.
