developing plans.
What is Internal Environment?
• Conditions and forces present and at work
within an organization.
• It has a direct impact on the organization.

Structure of Organization’s Environment
1. )Owner: someone who has legal property
rights to a business.
2.) Board of Directors: governing body elected
by a corporation’s stockholders and charged
with overseeing the general management of the
firm.
3.) Employees: those employed by the organization.
4.) Physical work environment: the firm’s facilities.
5.) Organizational Culture: the set of values, beliefs,
behaviors, customs, and attitudes that helps the members of
the organization understand what is stand for, how does
things, and what it considers important.
