Yes, sales is an excellent
career. Salespeople have the
potential to earn a high salary
and often have a clear career
path within their organizations.
Most importantly, anyone can get
into sales. You only need to have
the drive to grow your sales skills
and the desire to succeed. but there
are disadvantages that we should
not forget:

 Over promising on results and timing.


 Not getting results with products or services
being delivered.
 Trust between seller and buyer.
TIME

 Unpredictable schedule.
 You get to drive around town and meet a variety of people in
the process.
 Each day is different because each day holds new interactions.
 It’s hard to get bored with a job when no two days look the
same.
INDEPENDENT

 It takes drive and dedication to work on


your own merit.
 Not suited to people who require working in
a team environment to stay motivated.
 Demanding expectations.
STRESS

 Your need to make quotas and hit goals.


 Constant pressure to find the next opportunity.
 Demanding expectations.
