During my duty in kitchen area, I observed and learned
how to use the meat slicer and the proper thin size of cutting pork, chicken and beef during weekend we need to double time in cutting meat because their a lot of customer dining and by refilling the buffet cleaning and sanitized the equipment after use. Observation and Learning
Now that I am familiar with the operation of suki-ya. I am
confident on taking orders since the other FOH staff are reliable, if we are having trouble with the customer they always assist us. They always advices us different things like how to handle elderly since they are a little difficult to talk with. Every duty I learn different things and those knowledge is important for my future profession. Arigato Gozaimasu
