 Explanation SOHC
(single over head camshaft)
SOHC engine is a machine that relies on a single
camshaft as to regulate the opening and closing of the
valve.
Excess SOHC engine:
1. Better power at lower rounds (lower RPM)
2. Torque is usually larger
3. Relatively more fuel efficient than the DOHC engine (But this is only
relative, there is also a wasteful fuel SOHC)
4. Relatively suitable for riders who love touring because of the
magnitude of the torque.
5. Relatively cheaper.
Disadvantages SOHC engine:
1. Somewhat sluggish at high RPM spin
2. Breath gas motors can be much shorter than the DOHC engines are
still comparable.
3. Top speed could have lost with DOHC motors

DOHC engine is a machine that relies on duble camshaft as to
regulate the opening and closing of the valve.
Excess DOHC engine
1. Fierce in the run-up machine (RPM)
2. Breath gas relatively longer than the SOHC
3. Top speed could have been in the SOHC engine
4. Suitable for relatively long and straight tracks
Disadvantages DOHC engine:
1. Power at lower RPM is not good / somewhat lackluster
2. Torque is usually smaller than the SOHC engine
3. It took a long trajectory and high RPM to get the maximum
power
4. Relatively more extravagant
5. Relatively more expensive
