PURPOSE
Historically the way to get feedback and measure campaign/product success has been by getting your customers to fill out a feedback form. Filling out
forms online and on mobile can be a tedious and bug-ridden — yet annoyingly necessary — experience.

This is a slow and annoying process that means everyone has to do paperwork at the end of the survey.
