Rule Number 3.
 Nouns that end in “Y” with a consonant before it, from their
plurals by replacing “y” with “ies” to them
 Example:

City Cities
Family Families
Baby Babies
Rule Number 4
Only “s” is added to end, if the noun has “y” at
the with a vowel before it.
