PINGTUNG
The name Pingtung refers to a former nearby
mountain known as Half-Screen Mountain or
“East of Half-Screen Mountain”
A county in Taiwan known for its agriculture
and tourism.
Specialties are tuna and wax apples
It is where the oldest and the largest national
park in Taiwan established in 1984 is located
– Kenting National Park
