Introduction to my neighborhood

I live in Santa Teresita, Funza Cundinamarca.

It is a very small neighborhood but it is quiet.
My neighborhood has many green áreas.
It has a kindergarden an outdoor gym and
many sets of houses, apartaments and also
houses lots.
My neighborhood: How
is it different from other In my neighborhood, there are more houses than in
ones? El centro because it has more clothing stores,
supermarkets, a farmacy.

People from my neighborhood are from Bogota,

although there are more people from Funza.

My neighborhood is smaller than Siete Trojes, but

Siete Trojes is farther from Bogota. My neighborhood
is also far from Bogota, but not as far as Siete Trojes.

My neighborhood is better than El centro because it

is a quite clean, green and peaceful area but my
neighborhood is lonely at night.
 What can you do in my neighborhood?
 You can run in the early morning because
there is an open park where there is a security
guard taking care.
 You can buy grocery products there are
different stores such as “La esquina del
parque”, “Donde don Ivan” and “ El lichigo de
Juan”.
 You can ride public bicycles there is a station
nearby. You pay $5000 the day to be able to
use them.
 You can’t run in the park at night because it closes
at 5:30 pm. 
 You can’t park on the streets because there are
some streets that are one lane. 
 You can’t drive more than 10 km/h within the
complex, there are some children, people or pets on
the road and it is a norm of coexistence manual.
 You can’t drink liquor in stores, there are some that
only sell it to take away.
What was my neighborhood like in the
past?
My neighborhood had few houses.

In the past, this was a paddock.Now, my

neighboorhood has built many houses and
apartments.

People in my neighborhood were peasants

and they were friendlier.

My neighboorhood had many cows and

farm animals.
  My residential compoud was built in 2008.

 On 7/02/2020, the mayor inaugurated The Santa Teresita

What means of transportation can you take in my
neighborhood?

 You can take bus or you can drive by car but

in my neighborhood people prefer to ride a
bicycle because it is a faster and they don’t
pollute.
 Many people commute on foot because the
neighborhood are small.
