Importance of first-aid:
பொருள்:
முதலுதவி என்பது ஒரு நோய் அல்லது காயத்திற்குக் கொடுக்கும் முதற்கட்டக்
கவனிப்பாகும்.
முதலுதவி பெட்டியில் உள்ள பொருள்கள்

1.காயத்தின் மீது மருந்திட்ட பற்றுத்துணி கொண்டு அழுத்திப் பிடிக்கவும்.

Apply direct pressure.

2.தேவைப்பட்டால் அருகாமையிலுள்ள அழுத்தும் அடத்தில் தமனியை அழுத்தவும்.

Apply dressing – bandage.

1. எலும்பு சிறிதளவு வளைந்தோ அல்லது முழுவதுமாக வளைந்தோ விரிசல்
ஏற்பட்டோ அல்லது உடைந்து இருந்தால் அதற்கு எலும்பு முறிவு என்று
பெயர்.
Pain, Tenderness, Swelling, Loss of Power, Deformity.

2. விபத்து நடந்த இடத்தில் உயிருக்கு ஆபத்து ஏற்படும்
சூழ்நிலையிருந்தால் உடைந்த பாகத்திற்கு தற்காலிகமாக சிகிச்சை கொடுத்து
அவரை அப்புறப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
Do not move the injured unless the life is endangered
from other causes.

3. உடைந்த பாகத்தை அவசியமின்றி அவசியமின்றி அசைக்காமல்

கவனமாக செயல்படவும்.
Deal with hemorrhage and breathing difficulties.

4. ஆபத்து இல்லையெனில் கட்டுத் துணியை வைத்து

முறிந்த எலும்புகளை அசையா வண்ணம் பொருத்தி
அங்கிருந்து அப்புறப்படுத்தவும்.

5.மருத்துவ வசதிக்கு அழைத்து செல்லவும்.

Send the injured to the hospital.

1.குளிர்ந்த நீரில் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பாகத்தை வைக்கவும்.

Pour running cold water on the affected part.

2.கொப்புளங்களை குத்தி உடைக்கக் கூடாது.

Do not apply ointment or oils or any other substance.

3.சுத்தமான துணியால் காயத்தை மூடிவைக்கவும்.

Cover the wound with sterilized cloth.

1. பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர் மின்சாரத்துடன் அவரைத் தொடர்போடு
இருந்தால்தொடக்கூடாது.

2.மின்சாரத்தை துண்டிக்கவும். பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர் சுயநினைவு இல்லாமல்
இருந்தால் CPR முறையைக் கடைப்பிடிக்கவும்.
Switch off the current at once. Do not attempt first aid until the contact has
been broken.

3.மருத்துவ வசதியை ஏற்பாடு செய்யவும்.
Restore Breathing Artificial respiration and external cardiac message, if
needed. Call for immediate medical aid. Send the patient to the hospital.

•Wash the bite area with soap and water. If the bite is bleeding, put
pressure on it using sterile gauze or a clean cloth.

•If the bleeding has stopped, put antibiotic ointment on the area.

•Cover the area with a bandage or sterile gauze. Seek medical help
if necessary.
