Objectives
• To explore the concepts of international entrepreneurship v
international corporate entrepreneurship.

• To consider the different types of firms engaged in international


entrepreneurial activity.

• Examine international entrepreneurial


orientation/international entrepreneurial culture as a means to
sustaining entrepreneurial behaviours and capabilities within
firms.

• To explore international entrepreneurial outcomes.

International Corporate
Entrepreneurship Defined....

• The process whereby an individual or a group


of individuals, in association with an existing
organisation, create a new organisation or
instigate renewal or innovation within that
organisation (Sharma and Chrisman 1999 pg
17) to achieve international entrepreneurial
outcomes (Anderson, 2018).
