There are a lot of advanages of eating good and healthy food instead of fast food
Some advantages are:

1. We are not at a bigger risk to get a heart disease, cancer or diabetes


2. It can prolong our lifetime
3. Our bones and teeth are much stronger in compare to eating fast food which makes them less stronger
4. It improves memory and brain health overall
5. Eating healthy prevents obesity and overweight
6. Also helps the digestive system function better

• Take omega-3 and vitamin D supplements
• Consume healthy oils (coconut or avocado) instead of highly processed seed and vegetable oils
