Expectations
● Don’t expect to have a 100% win rate, you’ll just lose less than before and have more
logic/reasoning behind trades.
● Don’t expect to catch every trade from the daily range if you haven’t worked for it
behind the scenes.
● Expect to learn something new and have a new view of the market.
● Expect to do alot of backtesting and forward testing.
Mindset/logic towards the market
● The market is man-made which means the algo is man-made.

● Every move is predetermined and intentional.

● The money you make from it is just a tool so don’t get too attached.
Retail Concepts
Before we touch into the algorithmic part of the market, we need to touch into how our
brains were wired from the start to trade the markets. Retail concepts have been around for
decades. Retail concepts are heavily saturated and as a result there is a lot of liquidity in
the market.
