• A 57 year old patient comes to the Department of

Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics with chief
complaint of pain in lower left and right back teeth region
since 1 week.
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS

• A 57 year old patient comes to the Department of

Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics with chief
complaint of pain in Mandibular Left and Right Posterior
teeth region since 1 week. The pain is dull, continuous,
increases at night and is relieved on taking medication.
