 Company and Positions:

I choose Shell as my future company to

pursue my Project Engineer (Mechanical
Engineer) career. I want to be a Project
Engineer because the job descriptions are in
charge of all aspects of a venture, including
planning, budgeting, and ensuring work is
being completed safely and efficiently. The
fact that I work in a setting where
completing difficult projects is entirely my
responsibility. I do greatest under pressure
when I must apply my knowledge and skills
to achieve certain objectives.
Skills that I am needed to be a Project Engineer:
• Excellent IT skills
• Lots of initiative
• Great organizational skills
• The ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
• Confident in decision-making ability
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work within budgets and the deadlines

In order to explore and maximize my potential in this

competitive world, I want to pursue a successful career
in mechanical engineering. I also want to acquire a
challenging position where I can effectively contribute
my technical expertise. The major goal is to
continuously improve my knowledge and skills, as well
as to learn and work efficiently toward the dual goals of
career advancement and demand in the industry.
