Scrum Events
1. Sprint Planning
The BA or the person practicing Product Ownership presents the highest priority items to the Team, where the
‘WHAT’ and the ‘HOW” conversations occur. While asking questions about the new tasks, the Team is
providing estimates in Story Points using the ‘Fibonacci’ sequence numbers to calibrate their Sprint backlog
and deliver everything they promised.

2. Daily Scrum
15-minute time-boxed meeting where the Team shares what they have accomplished since their previous Daily
Scrum, what the plan is for the upcoming Work-day and brings awareness to any impediments that block them
from completing their planned tasks

3. Sprint Review
This event allows the Scrum Team to present the work they have accomplished during the Sprint and Demo
anything visual the Business Stakeholders are interested to see, which will determine if the Sprint was
successful.

4. Sprint Retrospective
This event creates an anonymous platform where the Scrum Team can provide feedback and have a safe
environment to “Inspect and Adapt” before each Sprint starts and continuously improve the process.
