 In the performance of his duties, the investigator
must seek to establish the six (6) cardinal points of
investigation, namely: what specific offense has been
committed; how the offense was committed; who
committed it; where the offense was committed;
when it was committed; and why it was committed.

• Who are the victims of the crime?

Ms. Angela Rodriguez, 17 years of Age. A

graduating student in Senior High School.

• Who are the Offender/ Perpetrator?

Mr. Zephyr Evangelista, 22 years of age. A 3rd

year college student. He is a a famous
basketball player in his school.

• What Happened?
Ms. Rodgriguez was a girlfriend of Mr. Evangelista. Before the
inccident happened they had a serious fight over the rumor about
Ms. Rodriguez having an affair with another man.
