Eltek Rectifier Commissioning Guide

General Objectives

To be familiarize into Eltek Commissioning


Set properly the standard parameters
Activate some features incorporated into Eltek
rectifier system
Tools Needed

 Laptop
 PowerSuite software
 Printer cable
 LAN cable
Accessing Eltek Rectifier System
Access via LAN cable
 Set Laptop IP Address into 192.168.10.21/24

Open PowerSuite software


Accessing Eltek Rectifier System
Click Connect Button
Accessing Eltek Rectifier System
Choose Network
 Set the needed parameters
Accessing Eltek Rectifier System
Select Log In
 Type 3 as password

Commissioning Proper: System Voltage Levels
Click System Voltage Levels

Set the following
 Reference: 2.25*+
 Boost: 2.35*+
 Rectifier Standby: 1.85
 Battery Disconnect: 1.8
 Battery Reconnect: 1.9666
 Rectifier OSV limit: 2.4583
*-depends on the battery specs

 Battery High Voltage: Alarm Output 1
 Rectifier Failure: Alarm Output 2
 Mains Fail: Alarm Output 3
 Battery Low Voltage: Alarm Output 4
 Load MCB Fail: Alarm Output 5
 Battery MCB Fail: Alarm Output 5
 High Temperature: Alarm Output 6
 Symmetry Fault: Alarm Output 6

Click Mains
 Number of Phases: 2

Set the following
 Check Enable
 Major High: 270
 Minor High: 270
 Minor High: 185

 Alarm Group: Mains Fail
 Apply then Ok

 Apply then Ok

Repeat process for RectComm

 Alarm Group: High Voltage

 Apply then Ok

 Click Battery Temp

 Apply then Ok

 Temp slope: 3 (Eltek std)
 Min comp voltage: 2.1*
 Max comp voltage: 2.35*

 Enable Current Limitation
 Enable string current limit
 Set Current Limit:
 72(Indoor) , 60(Outdoor)
 Apply then Ok

of total battery capacity

 Apply then Ok
Repeat process for 1.2 to
1.4

 Configure all BattMonSym1.1 to 1.4
