Cloud Computing:- In simple words means delivery of computing
services.It provides a convenient environment where you can
have access to shared scalable such
as networks,application,
servers and storage whenever
required.
ADVANTAGES OF CLOUD COMPUTING
Cloud computing has a number of benefits. As follows:
●Universal network access: With cloud computing, you can access the
internet and find work.

●Accessibility and flexibility: To share your files with others, all you need is
an Internet connection.

●Reduced cost : Only when necessary are resources for cloud computing
obtained. Additionally, you only need to pay for cloud resources when
you actually use them. To transfer data, you don't need to worry about
purchasing DVDs or flash drives.
● Resource pooling and scalability : To fulfil client demand, computing resources
are pooled. According to the need, the resources can be assigned or
reassigned. The exact location of computing resources is also unknown to the
clients.

● Data security: Since your data is saved on the servers, you won't lose it. Use a
strong password if you believe there is a risk to your personal information
SHARING AND STORING DATA USING CLOUD COMPUTING

Dropbox : You may exchange files with others and keep them conveniently.
You can use a mobile device to access your files as well.
Evernote: You may take notes on the PC or a mobile device, copy websites,
and organise your images
Microsoft One Drive: Microsoft Offline Online is a collection of unlimited
online tools. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Onenote are all included.
Through Microsoft OneDrive, you may access. Create, upload, and share
Office documents and other files using this cloud-based storage service.
