SRC Summary of Information
School Report Card (SRC) serves as a
communication and advocacy tool to inform the
stakeholders of the school status and to encourage
and inspire them to take an active role in planning,
managing, and improving the school.

Basically, Annex 11 of DepEd Order No. 44 s.


2015 presents the data elements needed to be
prepared in crafting the SRC. It is composed of
19 items categorized into School Profile,
Performance Indicators, and Status of School
Projects.
