• “Task successfully makes everyone happy. But the happiness
will be gold without glitter if we didn’t state the persons who
have supported us to make it success”.
• First of all, we would like to thank Almighty GOD for the
strength, he given us throughout our life and this project
nothing could happen without the help of GOD.
• Secondly, we would like to express our gratitude to our
Instructor Mr. Bisle for his help willingness in giving his time to
help us to accomplish this work.

Introduction
• The project we proposed to prepare “HUMAN RESOURSE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” also aimed to solve some
problems occurred in the ‘WACHEMO’ University College of
Computing and Informatics. The college performs manually
for documenting, which has some sacristy such as
consuming time, resource and requires many employees.
So, to reduce these short comes we have proposed a
project called “HUMAN RESOURSE MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM”. After the automation of this system, both the
employer and the human resource system use their time
and resources effectively. The systems we are developing is
expect to more efficient, reliable, and gives mechanism of
controlling the resources such as employers’, documents
and other materials.
1.Attributes of our project is
• 1.1 Unique purposes: The every projects are their own
purposes. The main idea of our project is to decrease or
minimize the use of paper. Therefore, the new system’s
functionalities have to provide almost every activity that
the department provides for the employees. The system
should available and stable since every day’s/shifts
attendance information is going to be transmitted to the
HRM department. Also since there will be information
exchange between different departments of the
organization, the system should be fast in order to give
provide effective and efficient information retrieval.

Bacause a project is temporary end ever ,it must

gathering methods
• We used different data gathering methods in order
to collect information for our project either with
qualitative or quantitative manner. Mainly we have
used the following data collection methodologies to
get accurate and precise data.
• Questionnaires: We prepare some sample open
ended questions that what we want in order to get
specific and better information for our project

7. REASON FOR THE FAILURITY OF OUR
PROJECT

8. Our project integration management
are:
All those project plan development, project plan
execution, and integrated change control go with
each other.
• The proposed human resource management
system will eliminate all the manual intervention
and increase the speed of whole process.

project management team play key role in
managing and performing the work described in
the project plan, so in order to accomplish our
objectives the project manager must have general
management skill and also he must ensure whether
the work is done by qualified people or the
activities are performed with in the right time and
special software’s used in managing the project.

15.The quality managment system of our project is:

We the project team is going to develop web based human resources


management system for WCU. Since, our project quality prevail the
customers need what we proposed to provision as follow.
15.1 Security: the system must confidentially be controlled from
being accessed by any non-authorized access
15.2 Scalability: The system must be compatible with any
environment.
15.2 Reusability: Ability of an item that allows it to be used
repeatedly unlike a disposable item.
• 15.3 Performance: this system gives service 24 hours per day with
maximum response time so, it is easy to access data from the stored
document.

15.4 Accuracy: proposed system will be better due to
reduction of error. All operation can be done correctly and
it ensures that whatever information is coming from the
data base is accurate.
15.5 Reliability: The reliability of the proposed system will
be better due to proper storage of information when users
access the application.
No Redundancy: In the proposed system can be avoided
reputation of data anywhere in the database.
15.6 Availability: All data in the system will be available all
the time.

our project are:
As a conclution:
We have a major effect on the use different
techniques while we are working the project
in order to exchange performance
information that needed for stake holders and
determining fitted means of meeting.
In meeting all stakeholders assure current status,
progress and forecasting for the project
objectives.
It is the most effective use of people including
stakeholder, sponsor, and customer.
Actually managing people is the most complex
matter. Since assigning responsibility or role for each
stakeholder is the mechanism.
• Sufficient product is produced when each stake
holder is motivated in participation of the project.
