TRANSPARENCY

By: RAVENNE CLAIRE G. PIL

HONESTY AND OPENNESS
 Transparency is the principle of allowing
those affected by administrative decisions
to know about results and about the process
that led to decisions.

 Transparency is a fundamental element of

abolishing corruption.
 It is linked to and provides the
environment for greater accountability and
is therefore presumed operating in
continuum.

Transparency does not mean all

information should be made publicly
available.
