 INTRODUCTION
Introduction
The State Cyber ​and Crypto Polytechnic (SSN
Polytechnic) is an official university under the
auspices of the National Cyber ​and Crypto
Agency. Previously, this college was called the
State Password High School (STSN). In 2019,
Sekolah Tinggi Sandi Negara changed its name to
the National Cyber ​and Crypto Polytechnic (Poltek
SSN) based on the considerations of the Head of
the National Cyber ​and Crypto Agency and the
Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher
Education in order to improve the quality and
competence of human resources in the cyber and
crypto fields.

SSN Polytechnic Registration Flow

• Registering through the portal https://sscasn.bkn.go.id then select the Service School

menu, or Participants can register through the portal https://dikdin.bkn.go.id

• Participants create SSCN Accounts for 2022 Service Schools through the Registration
menu, then Printing the Account Information Cards 
• Then you can Login using the Password and Identity Numbers that have been registered,
uploading a photo, and choose the CYBER AND COUNTRY POLYTECHNIC Service
School , and complete the requested data 
• Participants print the 2022 Service School SSCN Registration card
• Participants can see the verification results by logging in to the SSCN Service School
portal on the date determined by the SSN Poltek SPTB Committee
• Participants who are declared to have passed administrative verification will receive a
payment code by logging in to the Service School SSCN portal. 
• Print the Selection Participant Card to be brought at each stage of the selection.
• Announcement of Participants who pass the administrative selection , they can take the
test in the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) and it will be informed on the official
PoltekSSN website https://poltekssn.ac.id/penregistran 
General Requirements
• Indonesian citizens (WNI) who fear God Almighty, are loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945
Constitution and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia
• Male/Female with a minimum age of 17 (seventeen) years old and not more than 21 (twenty one) years
old on December 31, 2022
• Tweleveth Graders or graduates from:
1. Science Department High School
2. Madrasah Aliyah Science Department
3. Electronic Engineering Vocational School
 Audio Video Engineering
 Industrial Electronics Engineering
 Power Electronics Engineering and Communications
4. IT Vocational School in Information and Communication Technology Expertise

 Computer and Network Engineering
 Information Systems, Networks and Applications
• Mathematics and English (Theory/Knowledge) scores of at least 80 (eighty) in each semesters (IV and
V), including a certificate of conversion of report card scores on a scale of 0-100 which has been
legalized and signed by the principal of the school concerned (if the report card scores use an alphabet
scale)
• Needed a transcript of report card grades in Indonesian (for schools that use other than Indonesian)
• Physically and mentally health, not color blind ( partial or total), not physically and mentally disabled, and
not having congenital and/or infectious diseases that can interfere with the learning process
• Minimum height Male 165 (one hundred sixty five) cm or Female 160 (one hundred
sixty) cm with balanced body weight as evidenced by a letter of examination results
from the local Puskesmas doctor
• No tattoos and no piercings on unusual body parts (women) and/or on any part of the
body (men), except for those caused by religious/customary provision
● Not married as evidenced by a statement from the village head and willing not to get
married while studying at the SSN Polytechnic
● Have never given birth (for women) and have never had biological children (boys)
● Never dropped out of study/ dropped out (DO) from the SSN Polytechnic and/or other
ministry/institution official colleges
● Not currently undergoing Service Association with other agencies
● Willing to pay the cost of carrying out the SKD selection carried out by the State Civil
Service Agency (BKN) according to Government Regulation Number 63 of 2016 of IDR
50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah)
● After graduating from school, willing to be placed throughout the territory of the
Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, and willing to work 1×24 hours with a shift
system
● After graduation, willing to undergo Service Association for 10 years

Administrative Requirements
• Submit a legalized photocopy of the School Exam Score (NUS) transcript, prior to the implementation of the Academic
Selection
• The following files are completed when passing the Psychology Selection and submitted at the Pantukhir Selection ,
namely:
1. The original application letter to the Director of the State Cyber ​and Password Polytechnic is handwritten in black
ink, stamped with Rp. 10.000,- ( sample format attached )
2. Original and Photocopy of Semester IV and V Report Cards and identity sheets on the report card which have
been legalized and signed by the Principal concerned;
3. Original certificate of conversion of report card grades on a scale of 0-100 which has been legalized and signed
by the Principal concerned (if the report card grades use a letter scale);
4. Original and Photocopy of Diploma which has been legalized and signed by the Principal concerned (if graduated
the previous year);
5. Original Certificate of Police Records (SKCK) from the local Sector Police (POLSEK);
6. Original statement letter signed by the applicant and known by the parents/guardians stating that they are willing
to not marry while attending education and are able to reimburse education costs if they violate it, stamped with
a stamp of Rp. 10.000,- ( sample format attached )
7. Original Certificate of Never Married from the local Village/Kelurahan Head;
8. Original and photocopy of identity such as identity card (KTP) or driving license (SIM) or student card;
9. 1 (one) recent color photograph (last 3 months) size 4×6 cm, red background;
10. Photos of each of the latest 4R Fullbody sizes front, side and rear , provided that:
 For Men, wear a white short-sleeved T-shirt and black shorts (not jeans )
 For women, wear a white short-sleeved/long-sleeved T-shirt . A white headscarf (for those wearing it)
and black long training pants (not jeans, leggings , or anything like that) .
