y Jeff Buckley was

American, he was boron on the 17th November 1966 and died May 29th 1997. He was only 30 when he died. He was bought up being called Scotty Moorhead. He released only one album, Grace. He died before recording a second.

His Music
y Jeff Buckley was a

singer-song writer and played the guitar. He was a guitarist for hire for a decade and then he became popular after covering songs. Eventually he signed for Columbia music label. His first album Grace was very successful and he toured for two years on the back of it.

His Musical Style


y His music was in the

rock section. He recorded with guitars, drums, bass, sometimes piano. In Grace he uses a synth. Sometimes it was improvised, like in the last bars of Grace. The musicians did not play the exact score but improvised around it.
