MODERATION
While playing video games can be a fun and enjoyable
activity, it is important to remember to do so in
moderation. Excessive game play can lead to negative
consequences, such as social isolation, poor academic
performance, and physical inactivity. On the other
hand, playing video games in moderation can have
positive effects, such as improving hand-eye
coordination, problem-solving skills, and cognitive
flexibility.
