Alert of Property proximity: sending real time messages to customer when there is a property close to him when he pass near to an area of
interest so he can take action to review the area and the property.
Alert of higher or lower price detected: to keep track of the opportunities and the changes in value conditions
Alert of up or down property in a sector selected: so the user will know when a property will go out of the system or if appears a new one in his
area of interest if he decide to track it.
