 1. What Is Union?
Union is Joining of two files in a relational database. Definition of union is a
group of two or more people who have come together or people have joined
for the purposes of collective bargaining in a labor situation.
We need connection and Communication with others, especially in a group
and teaching. It is an Act of uniting two or more things. The state of being
united. Something formed by uniting two or more things (combination).
An example of a union is

Here are 6 types of unions that are widespread in the US.
1. Labor unions
A labor union is a group of people who work together in a craft
or trade.
2. Industrial unions
An industrial union is made up of people who work within the
same industry or industry service.
3. Public service unions
These unions typically operate at a sector, regional, or
institutional level. 
4. Federations
A federation is a group of one or more unions.
5. Uplift unions
Uplift unions mainly focus on the social and emotional well-being of
their members.
6. Identity-exclusive unions
An identity-exclusive union is a group of people that share a social,
religious, or cultural identity. These unions too, focus on availing fair
wages, protection, and benefits to their members.
Advantages
• Help to plan

Communication greatly helps in the planning and coordination of

different activities in an organization.
• Sharing ideas and Suggestions

When there is an effective communication system, students will have

the opportunity to present their ideas, suggestions, and complaints to
teacher who ultimately help to build up as well as boost their morale.
Disadvantages
• Poor Planning

A lack of communication can eventually result in low morale. Connection

is when two or more people interact with each other and each person feels
valued, seen, and heard.

• Lack of understanding

Leads to low self-esteem and a child's inability to participate or feel

competent within their classroom environment.
3. Classroom Implication

• When questioning in the classroom focuses on enabling student

learning teachers deliberately prepare, manage and respond to

students’ responses. This ensures that teachers can take advantage of

opportunities in lesson to consolidate students’ understanding.
