policies undertaken by corporations intended to have a positive
influence on the world.

• It is designed to ensure the company’s operations are ethical and


beneficial for society.

of the managers, acting in their official
capacity, to serve or to protect the interests
of groups other than themselves.
• In simple terms, it is how a company
behaves towards the society.
